The service

Metis-Strategy S.L. offers a one-off research pilot for businesses pursuing UK school-cleaning contracts. The proposed report contains three to five source-linked profiles for an agreed Greater London area. We confirm the exact coverage, number of profiles, total price and delivery date before accepting an order.

Enquiry, quotation and acceptance

Sending the form is an enquiry, not an order. We first check evidence and availability. If we cannot support at least three useful profiles, we will not offer or charge for that report. You can correct the scope before accepting. A contract is formed only after the business customer accepts a written quotation incorporating these terms and Metis confirms acceptance. Keep that correspondence; we retain the applicable quotation and acceptance for administering the contract.

Price and payment

The proposed base price is EUR 49 for one report, plus applicable taxes. Before payment, the quotation identifies the total amount and tax treatment using the customer’s legal business name, billing country and relevant tax information. There is no automatic renewal, subscription or future charge. Do not send bank or card details through the enquiry form. Payment instructions are provided only for an accepted scope; this website does not currently offer an instant checkout.

Delivery

The target delivery period is five business days after acceptance and payment, subject to the date expressly agreed in the quotation. The deliverable is an English PDF report sent to the agreed business contact. Each profile identifies the official sources and review date. No customer account is required.

What the report can establish

Our research distinguishes published contract terms, optional extensions, missing data and discrepancies. An existing contract or published expiry does not establish an open tender or a future competition. Coverage is selective. Unpublished changes and changes after the review date may not be reflected. The customer should check the current official documents before taking action. We do not provide tender submissions, legal advice or guarantees of contract wins.

Corrections, cancellation and problems

Report a suspected factual error with the profile and source. We will investigate and correct substantiated errors without an additional research fee. If we cannot deliver the agreed report, we will offer a revised date for your acceptance or a full refund. You may cancel for a full refund before research on the accepted paid scope starts. Any cancellation arrangement after work begins must be agreed in writing; statutory rights and remedies are not excluded.

Use and operator

The paid report may be shared within the purchasing business for internal planning. Official source material remains subject to its stated licence, including the Open Government Licence where indicated. Do not imply that Metis, the contracting authorities or the named suppliers endorse your business.
