Privacy notice
Effective 9 September 2026 · Revision 3
Who is responsible
Metis-Strategy S.L., NIF B26640904, Avenida Maisonnave 41, 3.º B, 03003 Alicante, Spain, is responsible for personal information collected through Contract Radar. Contact us through the enquiry form, by post or at hello@metiscontractradar.com.
What we collect and why
You can read and download the sample without registering. If you send an enquiry, we collect the company, work email, service area, reason for contacting us and any message you provide (company and area are optional for general questions and privacy requests), together with a request reference, time and the notice version. We use these details to answer your request, check whether we can provide the service and handle corrections or privacy requests.
For a prospective individual business customer, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. For employees acting for a company and general correspondence, our legitimate interest is responding to relevant business enquiries. Legal obligations apply when handling data-protection requests and required business records. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and international processing
The website and enquiry records are hosted using OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. OpenAI’s Sites data-processing terms and sub-processor list describe processing and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum where applicable. Processing may take place outside the UK and European Economic Area.
We use AI-assisted tools to organise enquiries and prepare research and responses. The information needed to answer an enquiry may be processed through the operator’s OpenAI tools. Our professional mailbox is hosted by Hostinger. Its data-processing addendum describes email processing, sub-processors and international transfer safeguards. Google may process correspondence sent to our previously published company Gmail address. Do not send sensitive personal information, card details, pupil data or confidential bid documents. We do not sell your contact details or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through this form.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are retained for up to 90 days and then removed during the next maintenance or request-processing cycle, unless a separate record is needed for an active contract, a dispute or a legal obligation. Contract and accounting records are kept separately for the applicable statutory periods. Hosting providers may retain security logs or backups according to their service terms.
For abuse prevention, the application uses an hourly hash derived from the connecting IP address and short-lived request counters. It does not store the raw IP address in enquiry records. Those counters expire after at most two days and are removed on the next cleanup. Hosting providers also process ordinary connection and security information. The enquiry database is not exposed through a public listing or lookup endpoint.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Select “Privacy request or stop further contact” in the form or use the company contact details above. Include the enquiry reference if available. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We aim to respond within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions.
You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or, where applicable, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not need to accept promotional emails to receive the sample or a reply.
Cookies and updates
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics trackers or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may use essential security or service technologies under its own terms. External websites linked from our reports apply their own policies. We will update this notice if the way the service handles information changes.
